    We are a United Arab Emirates-based company located in the heart of the city, Abu Dhabi. We produce all of our delicious products by hand here, using local sugars. Please note we do not have a physical store that is open to the public.

  • Is Fluffy Puff Floss Vegan?

    Most of our products are Vegan, if you have doubts on a specific item, please send us an email about it here: fluffypufffloss@gmail.com.

  • What is the shelf life of my Fluffy Puff Floss?

    We make our products in small batches every week to ensure they are always fresh. Typically, your products will keep for no less than 6 days after the date of purchase.


  • What is the best way to keep my order fresh?

    Store below 21ºC away from moisture, light and heat. Do not refrigerate.

    If you somehow do not immediately consume the contents of this pack upon opening, store in an airtight container until you can no longer resist.

  • Can I place custom orders for a private event, like my birthday?

    Absolutely! Please email fluffypufffloss@gmail.com with all of your sweetest desires, and we will work with you to create something truly magical to fit your event.

  • What shall I do when placing an order for my baby welcoming reception especially when the due date is not set? 

    Contact us on the day of your delivery and if we have enough stock, we will gladly ensure priority to your order and have it shipped the next day! 

  • What countries do you deliver to?

    We currently ship in the United Arab Emirates only, additionally we are open to deliver to the neighbouring countries. Please send us an email via fluffypufffloss@gmail.com with the details of the country you would like us to ship to and we will make sure we calculate a shipping-cost and estimate delivery time for you.

  • When will I receive my order? 

    Once placed, we require 2-3 days to process and fulfil your order to ensure you're being sent our freshest possible stock – please note that these processing days occur before your order is shipped.

  • Can I add products or update my shipping method after I’ve placed my order?

    If your order is still haven’t been shipped, please contact us ASAP at fluffypufffloss@gmail.com with your order number and desired changes.
